Regional Counseling Center Has appointment text reminders. If you have a cell phone number on file with us, this is an automatic service.  If you do NOT wish to receive a text reminder, please inform us and we would be happy to remove you from that process. We will continue to do regular phone reminders if there is no cell phone number on file.
