Administrative Staff

Trish Anthony 

Trish Anthony is the Administrative Staff Supervisor as well as the Billing Specialist and Credentialing Agent here at Regional Counseling Center. Trish has been with the agency over 16 years. She started out in Titusville managing a satellite office in Crawford County for six years; returning to the agency in 2009 to manage our Franklin Satellite Office. She now works out of our main office in Oil City happy to be a little closer to her home in Titusville. Trish believes in the power of positive thinking and that a little kindness goes a long way. When not in the office, you would most likely find Trish at home enjoying her family, gardening or spending time in her craft room. She also very much enjoys a quiet night with a big bowl of popcorn and Hallmark movie

Julie Schneider

Julie Schneider is the Office Manager for the Regional Counseling Center in Oil City. She has worked for counseling center for last 8 years. Julie overlooks the day to day activities in the front office of the counseling center. She is the first person to greet you when you come into the office. Julie is always happy to see returning and new consumers everyday and wants to make everyone feel welcome. When Julie is not at the Regional Counseling she enjoys spending time with her family including her two dogs and a cat

Chanelle McClelland 

Chanelle McClelland  is an administrative assistant and  she is the first person to greet you when you come into the Oil City office. She can sometimes be seen working the front window in Franklin Office but is based mainly out of Oil City. She enjoys interacting with the consumers, and greets them always with a smile and friendly attitude. Chanelle Enjoys Spending quality time with her family and enjoys evening walks. outdoors activities and spending time with her family.

Samantha Fesenmyer

Samantha Fesenmyer is an administration assistant that works both in the Oil City Office and the Franklin Office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
